Can I change my order?

Orders are processed continuously during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and orders received after 12 p.m. are processed on the following business day.

If you need to contact us to request a change to your order, we'll make every effort to make the change. However, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that your change can be made.

If you do notice an error on your order confirmation, please contact Customer Service at 800-695-6890 immediately.

What time of day will my package arrive?

It depends on the local carrier schedule. Orders are delivered throughout the day, and maybe delivered as late as 5:00 p.m. for businesses including hospitals and schools, and 7:00 p.m. for residences.

If necessary, how will The1forU contact me?

We carefully check each order, and will contact you with any questions or problems should they arise. We'll use the billing phone number or email address you provided, unless you specified other contact information.

What should I do if I have a question or need assistance?

Can I send an order to a location other than my place of residence?

Yes. If shipping to a business, include the company and department names as well as the building and/or floor numbers. If shipping to a hospital, include the facility and ward names as well as the room number. You may add any additional drop-off or address information to the "special instructions" section at the bottom of the billing form.

Will I get a confimation email?

Yes. We will also send a second email, confirming that your order has shipped. This will include the carrier name and website address where you may track your package online.

How safe is it to submit my credit card information online?

Our online orders are processed via a secure server using SSL technology. Your credit card information is transmitted to 1forU in an encrypted (scrambled) form.

Why am I getting an error message?

Error messages occur if you do not complete a required field, or if you hit "ENTER" during the order. After reading the message, you will be returned to the order form; select the "place order" button, fill in the missing information and please re-enter your credit card information. As a security measure, the number does not save on the form when an error occurs.

How do I use a coupon code?

To redeem your special offer, enter the coupon code in the "coupon code" field on the shipping form.
